Heidi O’NeillAdministrative Assistant

Heidi joined Elevar in 2019 as the Administrative Assistant in Seattle.

Prior to joining Elevar, Heidi spent three years in the talent acquisition industry with Nordstrom, Amazon and Indeed. Prior to this, Heidi was a Patient Care Coordinator with Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She has also worked as a Mortgage Acquisition Coordinator for Metropolitan Mortgage and spent a significant time in sales at Bank of America.

Heidi volunteers as the Program Coordinator for West Seattle High School Football. She is a stylist and her work has been featured in Seattle Magazine, film, television, and theatre. She is a huge football fan and in her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, thrift store shopping, skiing and spending time with her husband and two sons.

What kind of experience did you have before Elevar?

Varied. A large chunk of my experience prior to Elevar was in sales, banking, healthcare, boutique hotel management, recruiting and retail. Working for companies like Bank of America, Nordstrom, Amazon and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance to name a few.

How is Elevar different to the jobs you’ve done before?

I have been told my whole career that I would be a great admin. This is the first time I have held the role.

How would you describe what you do at Elevar?

I book travel and accommodations, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule calls, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer staff support. Assist in coordination of hiring as well as Human Resource tasks.
