The ability to shut down all the noise and focus on what is really required. A good Elevarian is always a sport, and takes feedback in his or her own stride. The other qualities, I’d say, are exceptional time management, sense of urgency and communication skills.
What I do, basically, is driving the portfolio management process, ensuring hygiene across various work streams in the current role and providing adequate support to the investment pod to drive portfolio decisions.
