Jibin Jose Manager - Office and Facilities

Jibin joined Elevar in 2024 as Manager Office & Facilities.

Jibin is a Corporate Services Management professional with over 17 years of experience in Workspace Management, Office Administration, Facilities and Hospitality. His diverse background includes roles across organisations of various sizes and structures.

Before joining Elevar, he was Assistant Manager of Admin & Facilities at Mashreq, a GCC-based bank, where he managed workspace and office administration for the Bangalore office and led key projects and events. Prior to Mashreq, he worked with OCS UK Group, overseeing client offices across four cities in India.

His career began in the hospitality industry with international hotel chains in India and abroad, focusing on operations and hotel pre-openings.

I am the Manager – Office and Facilities

What is a good day at work like for you?

No day is perfect, and there will always be challenges. However, a good day at work is one where I feel I’ve made progress in my learning curve, no matter what area I worked on. By the end of the day, I want to look back and feel proud of my accomplishments and contributions to the organisation.

Things you will be caught doing outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy aquascaping, playing the tabla, and badminton.
