Tanvi KudwalliOperations Manager

Tanvi joined Elevar in 2022 as the Operations Manager, with a focus on operational and process excellence, portfolio events and office hospitality.

Prior to joining Elevar, she spent 5 years in the hospitality industry with The Oberoi Group of hotels and resorts, with a particular focus on restaurant and event management. Being in the hospitality industry gave her the opportunity to meet and interact with a diverse group of people.

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from The Institute of Hotel Management. She then completed a management training program with The Oberoi Group. In her leisure time, Tanvi enjoys baking and loves trying out classic recipes.

What kind of experience did you have before Elevar?

Before Elevar, I worked in the hospitality sector, specifically in the field of food and beverage. I have always been fascinated with food – the variety of cuisines, various methods of cooking and pairing different kinds of food with beverages leaves so much room for creativity. A great meal can transform one’s day and in my job, I was largely responsible for ensuring that it was a transformation worth remembering.

What is a good day at work like for you?

At the end of the day, if I’m able to reflect back and feel that my learning has progressed from where I began, it’s a good work day for me.

Things you will be caught doing outside of work.

Outside of work, I would probably be,

a. Baking and trying out a new recipe

b. Reading a book with a cup of coffee

c. . Exploring new restaurants and cafes
